SalesCaptain has an exciting mission, developing one of the world’s best go-to-market programs, that allows digital businesses to generate sales and grow in a predictable way.

We are currently looking for a talented full-time sales-oriented Business Development Representative to drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients. BDRs identify prospects through market research, initiate the first outreach with potential customers, and manage the relationship until the deal is closed.

We promote a remote-first environment and welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in Europe.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to define and create business development materials, including pitch documents, presentation decks, and case studies
  • Craft case studies and maintain our business development database to ensure we have an accurate picture of our CRM efforts including the lead and opportunity pipeline
  • Research new business prospects to qualify opportunities and uncover valuable client insights to drive our approach
  • Reach out to potential customer through multi-channel campaigns including email, LinkedIn and cold calling to generate new leads
  • Manage pitches and proposals from start to finish, including the development of pitch strategies, tracking all sales activities and opportunities, and managing reports inside our CRM
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree not required
  • 1-2 years of professional experience or equivalent internship
  • Driven and motivated to meet and exceed quotas
  • Ability to identify qualified, sales-ready prospects accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you are an active listener
  • You create a positive buyer experience by fluently discussing our market, buyer profiles, company, product, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain a positive attitude and can handle rejection
  • Self-motivation, persistence, and confidence are among your key strengths
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Lemlist would be an advantage
